At this point I've plugged them in to check to see if they work. They do. I haven't studied picture quality, but there was no static or major color shifts in the test. The only thing I've noticed is that you can't tighten the screws from both cables. The screw on one side of this unit completely fill the threads of the nut on the other side. So, you can tighten from one side only. But, that's not a deal breaker for me. My cables rarely get moved enough to notice. Never enough to pull these plugs apart. (These adapters have a great, snug fit!)

Needed to mate two VGA cables for a longer run between the screen and PC. Worked perfectly. Very pleased.

I used these to extend a cable to prevent accidents during presentations - works just fine. It does have screws to firmly secure to the mating end of the cable. Does what you need, good price!

Just what I needed . When you are configuring together an epic super computer workplace experience in your private home that would rival any supers command and control room, you may need a few of these to get your multi-faceted, mulit-screen display up and running and in the position needed for optimization of the take over of the world.

I purchased these for those times when I need to gender change my cables for test purposes or to connect to cables together to make a longer one. These are excellent VGA or HD15 mini gender changers. The construction is solid and durable. Quality components are used throughout. Contrary to a lot of reviews, the ones that I received allow you to screw both sides in to secure both cables to the gender changer. That’s a definite big plus. This could be a design change as a lot of those reviews are older reviews. Would I recommend it? Yes. These are about as good as you’re going to get for a VGA HD15 female to female mini gender changer.

No idea why people said they needed zip ties. I didn't need anything like that. Join short VGA cables into longer ones. Simple and brilliant!

They’re adapters. They work. It’s okay. Just buy em.

These little adapters are great for a simple gender changer.

These are great, but I never opened the package because I needed to fix the problem before they arrived.

Was extremely happy to realize these were what I needed for my multiple screen support!! Easy, lightweight, and versatile!! Quality is good! I love that it came with 4! I didn’t need all 4, but glad to have backup!

Solid not a cheep made to break product if you need it get it it will last a long time
