How to get free shipping?

In most regions, free shipping is available over $34.99, but some regions require free shipping over $99.99 due to logistics issues. If you are a business customer, the wholesale quotation includes the shipping fee, you do not need to pay extra shipping costs.

How long will it take to arrange delivery?

In-stock products will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment. Delivery time for custom products is subject to production scheduling.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the different regions, the shipping time will be different. The United States generally 4-12 days and other regions' specific shipping times can directly contact us.
(Orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next business day)

Do I need to provide tax number?

Some countries or regions require a tax number. If you are not sure whether you need it or not you can consult by email or message.

How will my delivery be shipped?

We support shipping by sea, air, or railway. In addition, we have cooperation with UPS, 4PX and Amazon and many other logistics. Global shipping with guaranteed speed!

I ordered more than one item. Will these products all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification mail.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the route. Please confirm the address when you place your order.

How to Track Your Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@vcelink.com with your name and order number, and we will check it out for you.
