The Messenger fiber optic cable is a novel form of the line that goes by the name “figure 8 optic cable” when used for indoor and terminal installation. This cable is a good fit for applications that necessitate frequent bending.

This fiber messenger cable can cut the line to length on-site during installation and can be fixed using fast connectors. There is no requirement for fusion splicing during on-site construction, which considerably improves engineering construction efficiency.

Features of KFRP Strength Member

-Aramid fiber reinforced fiber optic cable reinforced core offers low and high density, with specific strength and modulus surpassing steel wire and glass fiber-reinforced cores.

-In a vast temperature range, the linear expansion coefficient of the aramid fiber-reinforced core is lower than that of steel wire and glass fiber-reinforced cores.

-The aramid fiber reinforced fiber optic cable reinforced core is not only ultrahigh in tensile strength (≥1700MPa), but it is also impact and fracture resistant. Even when broken, it retains a tensile strength of about 1300MPa.

-The aramid fiber-reinforced optical cable is light and flexible, offering excellent bending capabilities with a minimum bending diameter of only 24 times the diameter. Such properties make it ideal for use in complex indoor wiring environments, providing a compact, aesthetically pleasing structure with exceptional bending performance.
