Hi I am looking to buy the Rapid keystone tool from a local shop but if I put the C265 keystone all the way in, the blade and punch downs do not line up with it. Is there a way to adjust that more so it lines up? Thanks. Before I buy it from them.
Thank you for your message— the C265 keystone is not adjustable in the way you described. The alignment issue you’re seeing is due to compatibility differences between brands. Our keystone jacks are designed to fit specifically with our own tools, so they may not line up properly when used with tools from other brands.
If you’d like to ensure full compatibility and correct punch-down alignment, we recommend using the GJ672 together with our C265.
