Cat6 Field Termination Plug VCELINK

I liked the opportunity to "learn as you go" in accomplishing this task. The one thing I failed to understand at the beginning was how to trim the wires so that the wire assembly could be pressed down on the plastic grid. I only found that on a YouTube that wasn't from the manufacturer. I had to go out and purchase a small wire cutter that would allow the trimming of those wires, then use a pair of pliers to push the wire package down far enough to allow the cover to go over it.

I had an Ethernet cable that didn't have a connector. I decided to try this brand, thinking, 'Hey, what have I got to lose?' To my surprise, it worked perfectly the first time. I was able to connect my son's room to the network by attaching the connector to the Ethernet cable in the wall. The speed was amazing, and it seemed to have a rather solid build quality.

**Side note: Make sure to slide the cover pieces onto the Ethernet cable first. I didn't, and I had to redo it because the cover keeps the connector locked in place.

I was frustrated by traditional Rj45 connectors(I bought 3 different brands including pass-through ones) because all of DYI CAT6 cable gives me <100Mb speed of internet.
with same cable.. this connectors gives me >600Mb speed of internet, which is MAX in my house.
I guess I have really bad crimping tool ??!? I am not sure.
anyway, this type of connector ALWAYS gives me the full speed on the quality cable. I recommend highly! you don't need any tool either.

I guess if you take into account all the crappy cheap connectors I have had a hard time using, these are a deal. Very simple process to assemble and I have not had any issues. If you need to make connections stress free, this is the product. You have heard it before, but I really do not review. This might be the second in a year so take that for what it's worth.
