I find the labeling on the block somewhat difficult to understand. I am certain there is a method but I don't quite get it well enough to make my cable. I highly recommend that this site include that schematic in full-color for others. Can'tvbelieve I am alone. It would be easy to add a graphic that was clearer.

Are these for indoor use only or can I use them outdoors as well?
Dear Customer, thanks for your inquiry! These Tool-free reusable connectors are not weatherproof and waterproof, so we suggest you can use them indoors better.
We also have waterproof rj45 connectors female to female designed for outdoor use.

Very good quality very sturdy and easy to put together would definitely recommend
I discovered my crimping tool was destroying the pins on the conventional rj-45 connectors I was trying to use. After wasting 5 of them and wondering why I couldn't get a solid connection, I ordered a pack of these. Installation is so easy, and they just work. I'm probably going to order a bunch more and change all my self-installed connectors to these. They are not only much easier to install, they are also much more stable and sturdy than the old school crimp on junk.
Careful to trim the wires correctly when installing these. I had a short because I had left the wire too long. Luckily it's easy to disassemble and reuse, after trimming the wire correctly it worked really well.
Works great and like the convenience of not having to cut and throw away a termination.
Though it may lead to more work than actually crimping a termination, as the brackets for each of the wires may not make contact with the pins when clamping down showing no connection. Even if you have the compatible AWG wires
How I got it to work
disassemble the termination and check where the wires attempted to stab to make contact with the copper.
I used an exacto knife to just cut off a little of the tubing so that the pins make contact with the copper wires.
After doing that termination worked fine
I want to say these are kind of on the spendy side, but they're worth it and I would buy them again in a heartbeat. A buddy had pulled about 100ft of Chainflex exterior cable l out of a dumpster and didn't have any connections. I tried using cheap plastic ones at first, didn't work. I tried better ones, and they were too small for the cable, my fault, but after 3 frustrating attempts at terminating this cable, I said screw it, and bought these. It took maybe 2 minutes, and it's clean and secure. Save yourself some frustration and time, spend the money and get these
